Job Description

This Post-Doctoral Research Associate will be within the Manufacturing and Logistics Innovation Initiatives at the Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station (TEES). Duties include: 1) conduct basic and applied research in logistics, supply chain management, and applied operations research, 2) contribute in writing papers to be published in peer reviewed journals, 3) write grant proposals, and 4) contribute in business development for the Manufacturing and Logistics Innovation Initiatives at TEES.
The position is available for 12 months with extension possible depending on performance and funding availability.
An ideal candidate will be an individual with a Ph.D. in Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field and should further have demonstrated strong operational research skills, and writing skills for grant proposals and journal publications.
