Job Summary

The Department of Nuclear Engineering at Texas A&M University invites applications for a tenured or tenure-track faculty position at the assistant, associate, or full professor level with expertise in nuclear engineering. Exceptional candidates should possess a doctoral degree in nuclear engineering or a closely related discipline, with particular interest and scholarly accomplishments in the areas of nuclear security/nonproliferation and/or nuclear material. The successful applicants will be required to teach; advise and mentor graduate students; develop an independent, externally funded research program; participate in all aspects of the department’s activities; and serve the profession.
