Job Description

This program manager position provides executive level managerial support for the Master of Industrial Distribution (MID) online distance education graduate program. This includes curriculum development, technology management and faculty services. The holder of this position will be responsible for management of day-to-day operations related to educational multimedia production, Quality Matters certification, assisting with developing interactive content, managing eCampus, eBooks, iPad and other educational/communication technologies. The Program Manager will also assist faculty with course management support and capstone project management. The Program Manager will be responsible to manage and analyze course evaluations, exit interview, assessments and reporting. The position will also be responsible for supporting faculty/students’ distance learning technology issues. This position reports to the Associate Director of Graduate Programs.

Required Education

Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Experience

Five years of related experience in program management including related supervisory experience.

Preferred Education

Master’s in Education, Curriculum, Technology Management, Human Resources or other related field.

Preferred Experience

Past experience in curriculum development, instructional technology, multimedia development, quality assurance and/or course evaluation.

Tech savvy with any audio/video editing skills preferred.
