Job Description

Manage and oversee duties/tasks related to Turbomachinery Laboratory accounts payable. Assist with registration and transaction process associated with the Turbomachinery Laboratory Symposia events and tasks related to TL personnel administration and payroll duties.

Required Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Experience

Two years of related experience in general office, accounting, or personnel operations.

Preferred Education
Preferred Experience

Experience with TAMU payables/receivables.
Background in customer service and some supervisory experience.
Experience with data files and data extraction. Position requires a self-starter with ability to function in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment, flexibility in responsing to changing needs, and desire to interact effectively as a team member. Must be able to travel to Houston (1 week per year). Knowledge of AggieBuy, Concur, Canopy, TEES accounting systems. Excellent customer service skills.
